1. Overview

Mayi Decorations is a Houston-based event décor service specializing in balloon arrangements, themed decorations, and personalized event styling. Our website allows users to browse services, request quotes, and book custom decoration packages.

2. Services and Bookings

• Service Availability: All services are subject to availability and require advance booking.

• Quotes: Price quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

• Custom Orders: Custom decorations require clear instructions and approval before execution.

• Travel Fees: Additional charges may apply for events outside our standard service area.

3. Payments and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event.

• If full payment is not received, Mayi Decorations reserves the right to cancel services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

• If a cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled event, and the date is successfully rebooked by another client, the remaining balance may be refunded or applied as a credit for future services.

• If the event date cannot be rebooked, no refund will be issued.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for any refunds or credits.

• Mayi Decorations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, extreme weather, or situations beyond our control. In such cases, credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.

5. Liability and Damages

• We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or external interference with our decorations.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the event space is safe and accessible during setup and takedown.

• Mayi Decorations is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, and logos on this website are the property of Mayi Decorations and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Privacy

We collect personal data (such as name, phone, email) only to process your bookings and provide service. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance.
